How do I place my order?

Click on the Place Order icon on the home page and it will take you to an online form to fill out with important information for setting up your account.

How long does your process take?

Once we receive your online request, then within 24 hours we will send you an email with login information that will allow you to pay your deposit and submit your photos, logo, content etc. to begin our production. Once you submit all the necessary elements to design, then we will present you with a graphic design for viewing within 3 business days.

PLEASE NOTE: You will be required to respond with any design change requests within 3 business days. If you do not respond within that timeframe, a project continuation bill of $50 per week will be billed to you. We are able to offer budget friendly pricing only if we can turnaround projects quickly. If you do not have all available elements to begin the design and project, please wait to register until you have them all. That includes, logo (in vector format), any photos (in digital form) that you want us to use, text content for all pages, link names for the pages. You may request up to 3 rounds of revisions with this $699 package. More revision requests beyond the 3 will be at additional costs.

Projects with all submitted required elements and timely revision requests can be completed within 7 business days; which includes design, programming, domain name registration and hosting setup.

What is your deposit?

Our non-refundable deposit is 50% of the production price. Example: If you are requesting the basic $699 package, your deposit would be $349.50 and will be processed through our system and PayPal. The remaining payment due will be required once submitted by our system as completed.

What if I need anything more than the initial $699 package?

We will be happy to supply you with a quote for any additional requirements you need. Please click here for the form to fill out.

What if I want to cancel my monthly service?

You must submit an email request to support@mywebzy.com for cancellation of service. Requests must be made within 14 business days BEFORE your renewal of your service. No refunds will be made if request is not submitted before the processing of the monthly fee. Please keep in mind that if the monthly service is cancelled that your website will not be online unless you have made arrangements with another service provider to provide hosting & domain name transfer for your account.

What if a need a logo designed do you provide that service as well?

Yes, we design logos for an additional fee. Please click here for info on that service. Other design services are also available.

What if I need to make a change to my website once it is built?

All requests for editing or changes, MUST come through the support system online. Webzy employees are not allowed to take personal email requests or phone calls for these requests.
